July 2020 Framers have reached the top of the 20-unit addition being constructed in what was formerly a parking lot. Once the roof trusses and plywood are installed, roofers will be by to install the roof membrane in the coming weeks.
May 2020 Construction at Kärsti apartments continues in spite of Covid-19. Framers recently completed the top floor while roofers are actively installing the final layers of roofing. The next phase of the project will include rough-in of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the building.
January 2020 Construction commenced on the new 20-unit addition to Sylvan Court, a mid-century building in Seattle's growing Central Area. The new units will feature in-unit washer/dryers, modern finishes and views of downtown Seattle. The project is being developed by Hamilton Urban Partner of Seattle, and was designed by Neiman Taber Architects, also of Seattle. Construction is anticipated to wrap up mid-2021.

March 2019 Pacific Continental Construction has completed its 26-unit addition to Roxborough Apartments in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood. Developed by Seattle-based Hamilton Urban Partners and designed by Neiman Taber Architects, this $6M project nearly doubles the building's unit count, for a combined total of 53 residences.
October 2018 Excavation and shoring are nearly complete for Pacific Continental Construction's newest construction project, a micro housing community at 8311 15th Ave NW in Ballard/Crown Hill. The property will feature 79 compact apartment homes with generous shared amenity spaces including spacious common kitchens and lounges, and a resident bike storage and repair area. Two boutique commercial spaces will face 15th Avenue NW.
