September 2022 Construction concluded on the final three new apartments at Westland Manor.  PCC earlier completed two loft units in former laundry and storage space as the first phase of the project.  The recently completed second phase included constructing three new apartments in former garage space.  The five new units represent a 29% increase in unit count for the 1920s era building.

December 2021 Pacific Continental Constuction (PCC) received its Certificate of Occupancy from the city of Seattle today. PCC will wrap up punch items in the coming month, formally concluding the construction phase of the 20-unit addition to Sylvan Court.

July 2021 The Sylvan Court addition project has reached a new milestone!  The property now has all utilities — water, sewer, power and gas — connected. The 20-unit addition to 20-unit Sylvan Court features studios as well as one and two bedrooms apartment homes.

May 2021 Construction at Kärsti, a co-living apartment project is now complete.  Pre-leasing for Kärsti is in progress and initial move-ins are expected over the next few weeks.

January 2021 Pacific Continental Construction has received its Certificate of Occupancy from the city of Seattle, marking a major milestone for this unique project.  Owners Hamilton Urban Partners in partnership with Neiman Taber Architects, conceived of a building offering market-rate affordable housing that was designed specifically to foster community connections through generous and well-appointed common areas.

December 2020 Construction on the interiors of Kärsti, a 52-unit micro housing project PCC is constructing for client Hamilton Urban Partners, continues at rapid clip.  Contemporary in-unit kitchens featuring matte black cabinets and quartz countertops.  Top floor homes offer vaulted ceilings with a loft configuration.  Generous common areas, a hallmark of the project, include rich surfaces such as stone counters and stainless appliances.
