Demolition has begun at Seattle’s newest micro housing project at 1501 NW 59th St in the heart of Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood. The project is being developed by Hamilton Urban Partners and designed by Neiman Taber Architects.  The property will feature 52 compact apartment homes with generous shared amenity spaces including spacious common kitchens and lounges on each floor and a small commercial space facing 15th Ave NW.
